If you haven’t booked a one-to-one personal training session before, we know that it can seem a little intimidating, that’s why we’re offering group sessions too! If you and a group of friends, family or colleagues want to reach your fitness goals as part of a team, then our group session is the ideal solution.
We cover most major locations in West London; including: Shepherds Bush, Queens Park, Acton and many more, with our professional PTs bringing all equipment - except exercise mats - to the session. We’re happy to run the class indoors or outdoors, with the equipment being suitable for all environments.
Group classes are also a great way to split the cost, ensuring that you’re able to still get some specific training during the class if needed.
