Shrinking rest emom challenge

The 'Shrinking Rest EMOM Challenge' will push you to your limits in a very short time frame. If you're pushed for time and looking for a quick workout, this is perfect for you!
With this exercise programme, the work stays the same and the rest time reduces. You have 1 minute to complete 10 burpees. You then have the remainder of the minute to rest. The next minute starts but instead of a minute you have 55s to complete it in and rest. Then 50s, 45s and so on until you run out of time.
Here are the levels:
Level 1 = 1min
Level 2 = 55s
Level 3 = 50s
Level 4 = 45s
Level 5 = 40s
Level 6 = 35s
Level 7 = 30s
Level 8 = 25s
Level 9 = 20s
Level 10 = 15s
Your score will be the level you complete plus the amount of burpees completed in the next level. For example; 'Level 5, + 3'.
This exercise programme is completely equipment free so you can give it a go anytime, anywhere!

Our Previous Challenge Winnner

For the first time ever we have had a back-to-back challenge winner; Congratulations Toby! It was a very dramatic finish as both Toby and Ollie finished 3.1 rounds on the final day which lead to our first ever tie breaker round. Our finalists had to complete 1 circuit as quickly as they could - it was a tense ending, with both pushing themselves extremely hard to try and take the top spot, however Toby took gold by just 4 seconds. An amazing ending to 6 weeks of hard work from all participants.
Also Congratulations to Nick for winning our Most Improved trophy. He managed to nearly double the amount of rounds over the 6 weeks. Watch this space for the next challenge!
