Emom Burpee Challenge

Do you have what it takes to make it onto our Top 10 Leaderboard?! 

 This EMOM (every minute on the minute) Burpee challenge will push you to your limits. It's a great all-round fitness challenge that gets the whole body working!

To begin; you must complete 10 Burpees in one minute. Once you've finished the 10, you have the remainder of the minute to rest. When the next minute begins; you have to complete 12 burpees before that minute ends. If you manage to complete that, you add another 2 burpees each time until the time eventually runs out. 

Record your score by noting the level and the amount of completed burpees for that level.

Sarah absolutely smashed the competition with this challenge, finishing a whole level above 2nd place. This was a tough challenge in which every single person improved their score over the six weeks. The person with the most improved score was Toby! He managed to improve his score by over 100%! It would've taken a lot to beat now 3 times winner Sarah though.


Great effort all-round from everyone! The challenge has finished so you'll never have to think about Burpees again.... for now anyway!
