6 Minute Amrap CHALLENGE

Do you have what it takes to make it onto our Top 10 Leaderboard?!

The 6 minute AMRAP (As Many Rounds/Reps As Possible) challenge consists of a round of 6 exercises. You have 6 minutes to complete as many of these rounds as possible.

Here are the 6 exercises in the round:

1. 30 Mountain Climbers
2. 10 Squats
3. 10 Sit-ups
4. 10 Push-planks
5. 10 Lateral Lunges (side to side)
6. 10 Push-ups

You must complete all 6 exercises to count the round. Complete as many rounds as you can in the 6 minutes. Record the exercise you finish on even if the round is incomplete. For example; if you have completed 2 rounds and the timer finishes as you're finishing Sit-ups, your score will be 2.3 (2 rounds, 3rd exercise).

This Challenge is completely equipment free so there's no excuses why you cant compete. Make sure to warm-up and cool-down appropriately after each attempt.

Record your score and see how it improves over the next 6 weeks.

See if you have what it takes to make it onto our Top 10 Leaderboard!
