Strength CHALLENGE

Do you have what it takes to make it onto our Top 10 Leaderboard?! 

This 'Strength Challenge' consists of just 4 body-weight exercises for you to complete. Each exercise will be your 1 set max. Record your points and see how much you can improve by over the coming weeks. 
 
This Challenge is completely equipment free so there's no excuses why you cant compete. Make sure to warm-up and cool-down appropriately after each attempt. 

Here are the 4 exercises:

1. Sit-ups in 1min = 1pt per rep. 
2. Press-ups in 1 min = 1pt per rep/0.5pt for every knees down Press-up.
3. Wall Squat = 1pt for every 10s hold. 
4. Plank = 1pt for every 10s hold. 

Record your points and see how it improves over the next 6 weeks.

As this challenge requires no equipment, you can do this anywhere, anytime. Test yourself and see if you can improve your time over the 6 weeks. The winner will be the person in 1st place at the end of the final day on Friday 29th March 2024. They will win the amazing Believe Fitness trophy! There's also a trophy for the most improved person over the 6 weeks as well.
