I'm Doctor John (not a real Doctor) and I'm here to help you take you health and fitness up to the next level.


I think it's important that fitness and the process of getting fit should be one that's enjoyable, engaging and educational. I want to make sure people are physically and mentally empowered by their workouts and leaving their sessions a step closer towards achieving their goal.


My personal training sessions cater for anyone of all training experience and abilities, whether you're a beginner, someone looking to lose weight or build muscle (or both) or an athlete looking to train for your specific sport and find that extra 5-10% in performance.
