Don´t be surprised if you find Viktorija performing some handstands in the middle of the session – she comes from dance and circus background!
Mastering aerial hoop and contortionism, she now excels at delivering 1 to 1 sessions and is a passionate Level 3 Personal Trainer with a variety of skills: HIIT, fat loss, toning up, strength, endurance, pre/post-natal, injury rehabilitation, boxing, yoga and nutritional guidance.
Her first and foremost goal with any client is to find a way of training that would suit her/his current physical state and at the same time be enjoyable. In your trial session expect some biomechanical muscle testing as Viktorija is all about injury prevention and training body to be its best. Eager to understand what motivates people.
Viktorija also did Philosophy and Psychology at the University of Oxford. Equipped with knowledge of body and mind, Viktorija is ready to find your limits you have never dreamt of!
