She is a qualified REPs Level 3 Personal Trainer specializing in high-intensity training, fat loss, lean muscle development, strength and conditioning, core stability, endurance training and nutritional advice.
Louisa has competed in triathlons and many long endurance competitions including, marathons and open-water sea swims across Europe. She is also a qualified skiing instructor and has taught around the world.
