Curtley has been a fitness professional for over 5 years. During these many years he has mainly worked as a Personal Trainer but at various periods, he has also worked as a Group Exercise Instructor teaching many different classes. This combination of experience taught him a lot of different training styles. It means that as well as being engaging and effective, his training sessions and style do vary. This prevents boredom but also keeps the sessions interesting no matter how long we train together.
He owns a lot of equipment which is he believes is key to the variety he is able to offer. It means sessions outdoors or at a clients home are equally comfortable for me. Same can be said regarding training 1 to 1 or a group during a personal training session.
