Anthony is an eperienced self defence and strength conditioning coach as well as a Personal Trainer.
He has Muay Thai, Wing Chun and Sambo under his belt and is consistanly developing his skills as he's currently training in JKD as well.
With his experience in exercise technique, strength training, intense cardio and core training programmes, along with his detailed knowledge of nutrition, he commits to coaching our clients to reach their short and long-term goals.
