Anthony is an experienced self defence and strength conditioning coach as well as a Personal Trainer.
He has Muay Thai, Wing Chun and Sambo under his belt and is consistantly developing his skills as he's currently training in JKD.
With his experience in exercise technique, strength training, intense cardio and core training programmes. Along with his detailed knowledge of nutrition. He commits to coaching our clients to reach their short and long-term goals. When training with Anthony, he will spend the extra time in paying attention to what you're capable of and what you could potentially be capable of with the right training.
