Amy has been Personal Training for over 10 years. As well as personal training, Amy competes in various competitions from endurance running to gymnastics. Amy has also found time to study for a degree in Sports Science. Amy’s strong determination is reflected in her personal life when she is competing. She uses the same determination to push her clients and to make sure they will reach their goals.
