The Believe Fitness Pyramid Challenge


The Believe Fitness challenge is BACK!



The Pyramid challenge is one of our toughest challenges to date. It's an all over body

workout that tests your body to its limits. 




The Pyramid consists of 6 levels. Level 1 at the base and 6 at the peak. You must complete and then repeat each level to make it to the next level. For example: 


Level 1 = 30 Climbers

Level 2 = 30 Climbers, 15 Jump Squats

Level 3 = 30 Climbers, 15 Jump Squats, 15 Press-ups

And so on......


You must complete all 6 levels in the quickest time possible. Record your time and see if you make our Top 10 Leaderboard!

The Winner will be the person in 1st place on the 27th April. They will win the fantastically brilliant Believe Fitness trophy (pictured above). This trophy gets you in to all the exclusive events in London....


As well as the bling of the trophy you will also win some useful training equipment as well. How much more motivation do you need?! Why not give it a go!!
