The Believe Fitness all-body strength challenge, is a real oppurtunity to push your body to the limit!
The challenge includes 8 rounds of high intensity boxing and 7 exercises that will really test your body's strength. The first four rounds of high intensity boxing are 2 minutes each and the second four rounds are 3 minutes each. You will complete only 1 set of each exercise. The exercises are not timed (except speed kicks) so you can push yourself to the limit and really see what your body is capable of achieving. Here is a breakdown of the challenge:
Boxing Round 1 - Speed Round
Arms: Tricep Extensions with Resistance Band
Boxing Round 2 - Jab & Punch
Arms: Bicep Curl into Shoulder Press with Resistance Band
Boxing Round 3 - Power Punches
Abs: Bodyweight Twist - Situp & Hold & Twist
Boxing Round 4 - 4 Point Combo
Abs: Bodyweight leg raises (all out/all in) with boxing pad/book
Boxing Round 5 - Speed Round
Boxing Round 6 - Jab & Punch
Legs: 10 squats and on the 10th squat, you must hold the squat position as this is what is being timed.
Boxing Round 7 - Power Punches
Legs: Speed Kicks in 2 mins
Boxing Round 8 - 9 Point Combo

To go up a place in the table, four or more of your scores must be better than the person positioned above you.
The winner of the Believe Fitness All-Body Strength Challenge will be the person who is in 1st place on the leaderboard on 31st August 2012. The winner will win a FREE PERSONAL TRAINING SESSION and will also take home the incredibly amazing Believe Fitness 'No Pain No Gain' Trophy!
