The next Believe Fitness challegne is up and running and this time it's all about the fitness test. The test itself is very simple. 4 exercises back to back with a rest of 1min between each one.
The 4 exercises are:
1. Wall Squat - for as long as you can hold it
2. Plank - for as long as you can hold it
3. Sit-ups in 1 minute
4. Press-ups in 1 minute
This is a points challenge!
You will receive a point for every 10s that you hold the Wall Squat & Plank. You will also receive a point for every completed repetition in the Sit-ups & Press-ups. Once you have completed all 4 exercises, add up all of your points and see if you can make it on to our Top 10 Leaderboard.

The person in 1st place on the 12th July 2019 will be crowned The Believe Fitness Challenge winnner! Along with winning the highly spectacular trophy, they will also win some training equipment of their choice from our list.
