The 1 Set Max Challenge is a great way for you to push yourself and see what your body is really capable of achieving.
The challenge involves completing as many repetitions as possible of each of these 5 exercises with a rest of 1 minute in between each exercise:
1. Press-Ups in 1 Minute
2. Sit-Ups in 1 Minute
3. Holding a Squat Position
4. Holding a Plank
5. Walk-Outs in 1 minute
Make sure you warm-up effectively before you begin the challenge to avoid any injuries. If you're up for having a go on your own, make a note of your scores and see if you can make it on to our Top 10 Leaderboard!

*k = Press-Ups on Knees.
You must have three or more higher scores than the person above you to move up in the leaderboard. If you complete 10 or more full press-ups, this is worth more than any amount of press-ups completed on your knees.
The winner of the 1 Set Max Challenge will be the person who is in 1st place on 30th July 2016. The winner will win a Full Fitness Package which includes; 1x 1 hour Personal Training session + Customised Exercise Programme + Exercise Equiment + Nutritional Analysis + Customised meal guide.
