Get in shape for Christmas with the Believe Fitness Speed Circuit Challenge. This is a perfect way for you to push yourself and really test your body's limits.
The speed circuit challenge includes 8 resistance exercises and 4 rounds of either boxing or kickboxing (30s each), followed by 40 6-point boxing combinations. The speed circuit will be completed 3 times. Only the 3rd speed circuit will be timed. The amount of reps for each exercise will remain the same for everyone.

The winner will be the person who is in 1st place on the final day of the challenge which is 31st December 2012. The winner will win a Personal Training session and of course the Believe Fitness Speed Circuit Trophy!
