Believe Fitness Boxing Combo Challenge!

The Believe Fitness boxing combo challenge is a great way for you to test your speed and coordination, as well as getting you in shape for the summer.

 

 

 

The boxing combo consists of a 9-point boxing combination. You will have to complete this routine as many times as possible in 2 minutes. You will also have to complete 4 exercises before and after the 2 minute round. You have 3 attempts at this, with an extra exercise added to the challenge each time. Here is a breakdown of the challenge:

 

 

 

 

START


Burpees - Only in Round 3

Situp & twist - Only in Rounds 2 & 3

Vertical leg crunches

Double leg drops + added resistance

Lunges

Squats

 

9-point boxing combo round - 2 minutes

 

Squats

Lunges

Double leg drops + added resistance

Verical leg crunches

Situp & twist - Only in Rounds 2 & 3

Burpees - Only in Round 3


FINISH




The average score of the 3 rounds will be used to make an overall average total score, using the average scores of the past challenges. The reason for this, is to make sure all participants push themselves as much as possible in each challenge. This is why consistency is key to winning this challenge!
