The boxing challenge is simple but challenging. It's 12 x 3 minute high intensity rounds of boxing, with resistance exercises in-between each round. On round 6 and round 12 you must complete as many 9 point boxing combinations as you can in 3 minutes. The 9 point combinations are the same for everyone and must be completed as quickly as possible. The table below shows the Top 5 people who have completed the most 9 point combinations in the 3 minutes.
The main focus of this challenge is to maintain high speed punches with great coordination. If you feel you have what it takes to get a high score and earn yourself a place on our Top 5 Leaderboard, then come and give it a go!

The winner of the Believe Fitness Boxing Challenge will be the person who is in 1st place on the leaderboard on 30th June 2012. The winner will win a Free Personal Training Session and will be crowned the Boxing King or Queen!
