The Believe Fitness speed circuit challenge is a perfect way for you to get in shape for the summer!
The speed circuit challenge consists of 8 exercises and 4 rounds of intense boxing or kick boxing. The speed circuit will be completed 3 times. Only the 3rd round will be timed. The exercises and the amount of reps and sets remain the same for everyone!
Make sure you warm up effectively before you start and cool down once you have completed the challenge. Don't forget to make a note of your time to see if you've got what it takes to break into our top 5 leaderboard!

25 Vertical Leg Crunches
30 Power Kicks
50 Steam Engines (standing bicycle kicks)
30 Power Punches
25 Clam - Legs up crossed whilst crunching
50 Bicycle Kicks
100 Speed Kicks
100 Speed Punches
