Speed Circuit Challenge is Back!!

The Believe Fitness speed circuit challenge is a perfect way for you to get in shape for the summer!

 

The speed circuit challenge consists of 8 exercises and 4 rounds of intense boxing or kick boxing. The speed circuit will be completed 3 times. Only the 3rd round will be timed. The exercises and the amount of reps and sets remain the same for everyone!

 

Make sure you warm up effectively before you start and cool down once you have completed the challenge. Don't forget to make a note of your time to see if you've got what it takes to break into our top 5 leaderboard!  

Speed Circuit Challenge

 

25 Vertical Leg Crunches

30 Scissors

 

30 Power Kicks

 

20 Lunges

50 Steam Engines (standing bicycle kicks)

 

30 Power Punches

 

25 Clam - Legs up crossed whilst crunching

50 Bicycle Kicks

 

100  Speed Kicks

 

20 Squats

20 Sit-ups

 

100 Speed Punches

The winner will be the person who is in 1st place on 31st May 2014. The winner will win a Personal Training session as well as the amazing Believe Fitness Speed Circuit Challenge trophy!!!

    Congratulations to Amanda for winning her THIRD ultimate challenge with Believe Fitness!!

    Also congrats to the people that have made it onto the top 5 leader board. It has been one of the most competitive challenges we have ever done with everyone finding themselves fighting for their
    spot on the leader board.
