1 Set Max Challenge!

The 1 Set Max Challenge is a great way for you to push yourself and see what your body is actually capable of achieving.


The challenge involves completing a 1 set max for each of these 5 exercises; Russian Twists whilst holding 2 x 2kg dumbbells, Press-Ups, Sit-Ups, Squat & Hold and Plank. These can only be completed once and to make things harder they must be completed once you have finished our weights & circuit exercise progarmme. The reason for this is because once the progarmme has finshed, all your main muscle groups will be warmed up and ready to take on the 5 exercises.

You must have three or more higher scores than the person above you to move up in the leaderboard.


The winner of the 1 Set Max Challenge will be the person who is in 1st Position on 9th June. The winner will win the Full Fitness Package which includes; 1x 1 hour Personal Training session + a Customised Exercise Programme +Exercise Equipment and of course the Ultimate Challenge Trophy!
